Flooded bathroom in Acton Ontario

Storm damage cause water to enter into the basement bathroom. Water was 8 inches high throughout, and affected the flooring, drywall, trim and insulation.

After mitigation was completed SERVPRO of Guelph reconstruction teams were assigned to complete the interior repairs. The repairs included new insulation, drywall, paint, trim, vanity, doors and tile. The homeowner also decided to have our teams install a new bathtub, tile tub surround and toilet.

The bathroom was fully restored and the homeowner was extremely happy with the end result.
