Storm Damage

The homeowner was trying to mitigate the loss on his own until he realized how much damage was caused because his sump pump failed. Their was a downburst of rain in an area north of Guelph. The homeowners pump failed causing of 8 inches of water to pour into his 4500 square foot basement.  

SERVPRO of Guelph responded and mitigated the loss removing damaged flooring, trim, doors, drywall and insulation. As well, restored the HVAC system that was also affected due to height of water.  

After the home was cleaned and dried we were able to have our re-construction team attend and restore the property to pre-storm condition.
