Sewage back up affecting the entire basement
A sewage backup occurred and caused damage to the entire basement. SERVPRO of Guelph was contacted after hours to start mitigation services. Our team was arrive and began extracting the standing water. We then contacted our plumbing sub trade to auger the line and remove the blockage that cause this back up to occur.
The damaged materials had to be removed, and the areas cleaned prior to drying. Flooring, trim and drywall were damaged along with contents.
Because SERVPRO of Guelph provides full services, we were able to involve our plumber to solve the issue as well our HVAC sub trade to clean the furnace and restore heat.
