Ruptured Pipe Floods Community Center

A community center flooded due to a ruptured pipe causing water to damage over 15,000 square feet of space.

SERVPRO of Guelph extracted all tile flooring and removed vinyl base to allow air flow to the drywall. In some areas, a small strip of drywall was removed to allow air flow into the wall and save remaining drywall.

Due to the fast response from SERVPRO of Guelph, our teams were able to save the flooring, vinyl base, and majority of the drywall throughout this large commercial space.

SERVPRO of Guelph was happy to restore this loss, and have the space opened again to the community within 5 days.
