we found our office building main floor flooded after returning after New Years. SERVPRO was contacted by our Broker and immediately responded to begin water extraction. Our business flooded in the spring. SERVPRO was there within 50 minutes and were in contact with us 24/7, weekends, evenings, days, whatever we needed to work with us and help our business through this absolute disaster of nature. They have very hard working crews and really went the extra mile to make sure all affected areas were remediated properly and extensively using state of the art equipment to detect moisture and mould that could not be seen by the naked eye. Both owners of the company came by to make sure the work was done and everything was satisfactory. I'd send them to my own mother's house in a heart beat.
