John, Dave and Jordan did an amazing job! The ceiling has never looked better and we are beyond pleased with the finishing touches. All three were friendly, polite and focused on pleasing us with a job well done. You should be proud of these guys. Also, Chris thank you for everything you've done to undo the damage. It is so good to have our house back in order.

Had a basement full of water when I woke up and called them around 5:30 AM. One of the owners got here in like 30 minutes and took the toilet off to let the water escape. The crew showed up about 45 minutes later and took care of everything else. They were very polite and professional. Love SERVPRO  

 

With the flooding in Windsor of over 6000 homes the restoration companies were overloaded. You serviced over 100 homes mine included and I appreciate the quick and professional service. As a individual in customer service I give what I expect to receive....every person that came into my home was genuinely concerned and sympathetic to our family.
