SERVPRO I just wanted to share that you guys are doing a really, really great job. I would say industry leading standards. I know our job can be difficult at times, but you guys always push through the challenges and deliver every time.

Hello Keith, Thanks a lot for the emergency work done at my rental property. You and your team came on a weekend and took care of everything promptly. You took care of the water damage on the inside as well did a repair to my roof. I will always recommend your services to my family and friends. Thanks once again for an excellent job.

Unfortunately we have had to call on SERVPRO twice now. Each time we have been more than happy with their response time. I called their emergency line and got a call back from Keith almost immediately. He got out of bed and came to see the water damage and we talked about a course of action for remediation. First thing the next day Chris arrived and started the task of removing the water and ensuring everything was put back to pre flood condition once we were dry again. As much as I appreciated everything they did, I hope I never need them again...but if I do, I won't be calling anybody else.

Keith and his team are incredible to work with. They made the process so easy and quick. The crew handled all my belongings with respect and care. I would recommend SERVPRO Guelph to anyone who has to deal with unexpected damage to their home.
